No, as of this guide’s writing, you can’t track down and find Cyberpunk Edgerunners’ Lucy in Cyberpunk 2077. On the plus side, you do get an in-game explanation for this. As you play through the Over the Edge side quest, you’ll make contact with Falco, the driver from David and Lucy’s crew. He’ll allude to the fact that he and Lucy don’t wish to be found by anyone, and that they’ve made themselves untraceable so that Arasaka doesn’t try to track them down following David’s last confrontation with them. As a result, Lucy can’t be explicitly seen wandering around in the game world rocking her iconic clothes and hairstyle, or talked to in any way. It’s a bit of a bummer, but it does fit with how she was understandably done with being out and about in Night City following everything that happened in the series.
