Saving in Digimon Survive
Seeing as Digimon Survive offers some level of save scumming possibilities, it is a reasonable expectation that you will want to keep on top of it. There are two methods when it comes to saving as well as an autosave that saves periodically. The quickest way to save is hitting Square (X on Xbox, V on PC, or Y on Switch) during dialogue to bring up the save menu. From here, you can select from any of the 50 save slots to save your data. The other way to save would be to open up the phone menu using the Options button (Menu on Xbox, 9 on PC, or + on Switch) and navigate over to the Data tab. This opens the same save screen you’d see doing it during dialogue. Seeing as you can’t save during combat, it’s a good idea to save every so often. At the beginning of the game, you can easily learn when a fight is about to happen, so you should have plenty of time to get a save down before anything happens. This is everything you need to know for how to save in Digimon Survive. If you bought or plan on buying the game within this first month of launch, you will be given a free Guilmon, we have a guide on how to redeem it.
